Dear Jon, JJ and Jacaranda Team,
We wanted to get this letter out as soon as possible before we got totally wrapped up in being Mr and Mrs and forgot!
From the bottom of our hearts... thank you, thank you, than you for the absolutely superb and stunning fabulous organisation at our wedding last week. we are still receiving compliments about the whole day, including the food and the Jacaranda staff and no doubt will continue to do so as the days go on.
To be honest, when we were looking at Ramster as a potential wedding location, we were rather disappointed at having no choice on the catering side, even though your information pack included many positive testimonials (including from friends of ours Liz and Will Singleton Bury Court wedding Aug 06). Clearly they were all absolutely genuine letters, as indeed is ours.
I am rarely stuck for things to say, but in this instance i have truly run out of words to describe how happy we were on the day and how pleased we were that everything went according to plan... even when at 7.30am the same day i called to advise of two guest changes, it was absolutely no problem for such a fabulous team.
With our sincerest gratitude and thanks to all of you for the brilliant organisation and hard work on the day... oh and by the way, the food was just excellent!

We Knew from your reputation that everything would be excellent for Lizzie and Richard's wedding - well, it was better than that, it was perfection! We had a wonderful day and your professional team looked after us all brilliantly.
The food was absolutely delicious. (the best ever according to some of our guests) and all teamed with impeccably polite and efficient staff. It was marvellous, and nothing was too much trouble, everything was perfect. The hall looked fabulous and all the tables beautifully laid out. What a lovely place to have a wedding!
Thank you so much for all your help and guidance throughout the planning stage and the day. We knew just how much Lizzie and Richard enjoyed their day and your huge contribution to ensuring that it was very special.

We are writing to say how much our guests enjoyed the canapés and luncheon prepared by your chef on Saturday; compliments came thick and fast from all directions.
The monsoon conditions under which Andy and his team had to operate – not to mention power cuts fro the valiant chef- were overcome with total efficiency and ever-smiling faces.

Thank you so very much for all your hard work at our wedding at Ramster on 23rd Feb.
Quite simply you were brilliant. From the moment we met you the day before, and in fact during our conversations in the week prior to the wedding, you were absolutely charming and inspired us with total confidence.
I know how hard you must have all worked on the day. The venue was packed, I found it hard to get around so cant imagine hoe difficult it must have been for all your waiters and waitresses. None the less you kept everything running so smoothly and put up with everyone’s demands brilliantly and very professionally.
We have had loads of fantastic comments about how tasty the food was, how quickly the champagne glasses were topped up and how efficiently and delightful the staff were. Please do pass on our sincere thanks.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Jacaranda to any of your potential clients in the future and if they’re licky enough to have a ‘chaming David Tennant look a like’ (as my mum described you) running the show them they definatley will not be disappointed.

I thought I really must write to thank you for the really quite exceptional catering you organised for my daughter Emma’s wedding reception last month.
As you can imagine, we received a huge number of “thank you” letters and cards from our 120 guests and without exception, every one of them mentioned the outstanding quality of the food and service given by your company.
It was not just the supreme quality of the food that impressed us but also the very high standard of the serving staff. Seated as I was on the top table, I spent the first two minutes observing your staff and was immediately impressed with their professionalism. I saw them discretely walking around, their eyes flicking from table to table and from guest to guest, topping up glasses, bringing new bottles and tending to our guests’ every needs in a thoroughly professional manor. From that moment on, I knew that things were going to be prefect and I was able to relax and enjoy the day’s proceedings, confident that everything would run smoothly.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company and in fact it is quite likely that I shall be in organising a 60th birthday in a marquee at our house next year and I will be in touch to see whether you would be able to offer your services in Hertfordshire.
Finally, my wide and I have eaten at a great many top Michelin Star restaurants over the past few years and if a Michelin Star rating is available to catering companies, then I suggest that you start filling in the forms now!
